dear GM
im (zzlhbl8）my web account got ban nowadays reason is （Your account has been suspended for 12 years 10 months due to Coin theft, compromising accounts.）
i never did it i dont know why i got ban from this reason
i am a chinese player and in our country gov not allowed us serach almost all foreign websites so i need use VPN（which can change my ip） log my account.
and i think some people who using same VPN did this illegal . and i got implicate. so plz double check it
warmane is a very good server for sure and im really enjoy playing on it i spent lots of time and energy on my character.so i wont do any illegal stuff putting my account in danger.

You have to make ban appeal and state this issue. You can do it My account>Support>Create Ticket and there you can check it. If you need any further help, let me know here.
