So far you can get until the quest "The Strength of One's Foes", I've experienced that MSV doesnt drop any Sigils dont waste your time.
Has anybody found out if HoF drop them?

PS: I've gotten more Legendary Tokens before they "implemented" the "working" questline in the past 2 years.

Glad i kept my Sigils safe all these years :D ..... Havent done anything coz i dont wanna waste a lockout :S

It's fine if you release something thats not working, wouldn't be the first time.

States that Lei Shen and the Sha of Pride have a 100% drop rate.. or am i linking an unreliable source.. Please correct me if im wrong though.

Looks like you have the wrong drop rates.

I don't think anyone will participate until something changes. But that's your goal initially isn't it.

Drop chances on your test realm arent same to public 1 then. Sorry to break it but u r doing it wrong. Please play some on pub server and come with co clusion yourself.
