I was in a rdfHC and there was a mage with us who was needing on an agill based ring ( that ring is BOE) and then dischant it , did this like 4 times

I need to know if choosing the need roll on BOE items is bannable and it calls ninja ?
if it is , where can I report him ? I have SS

It is against the rules. You are not supposed to press need unless you actually need the item as an upgrade for your current spec. You can report it by making a support ticket in game. More information about reporting players: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=325598

Needing on BoE is bad tone + mage can't benefit, so he was just abusing "need" for personal gain.
Reports are made via in-game tickets, with link to images on host like Imgur etc. Make sure rolls and player role/class are visible
