Deleted names

I deleted some characters because i wanted to try some new things. now i want to use those same names but its says its not available anymore. I try to use the same name right after i deleted the chars and still not available.

I tho at first wel maybe it needed some time to update the data base. but still not able to use my names. Is there a fix to this? i already deleted their name folders on my wow map.
