Pandaria client doesn't even start

when i try to launch WoW.exe here what (after a while) comes up:

Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ:World of Warcraft can't make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode.

the file realmlist wasn't in the folder so i put it manually.
after i tried to cancel config.wtf and put here instead of outside the realmlist.wtf, still nothing changed.
i tried to start as administrator, nothing, same as before.

i just wanted to try out Mist of Pandaria ;_; ..

Right click on your wow.exe and uncheck box "Read only".

Close your torrent client, move you MoP folder away from torrent's download destination.
Then right click on MoP folder> Properties> disable "Read-only".

ok, now it works, i had to restore the config.wtf that i previously deleted :'D thanks everyone for the help!
