    Question.

    I would like to know, when S0 gear and keys become available for honored reputations and when Primal Nethers and Nether Vortexes become tradable ? Thank you.

    2.4, around the same time as sunwell.

    Probably over a year.

    Thankfully a long time until honored rep heroic key. Revered keys work as a natural filter to make sure people are geared/experienced enough to do heroics, for the most part.
