4) Yesterday I played on my character with the Flamaster nickname. There was disconnect and when trying to re-enter the game it was written that the account was banned. I went to my account on the site and saw the inscription: Your account has been suspended for due to Advertising
Although I did not advertise anything and did not do anything like that. I ask you to resolve the situation soon.
