Can't access Pandaria as level 85

I just hit level 85 (horde) and there should be 2 quests from General Nazgrim in Grommash Hold but after the cut scene I return one quest to him and that's it. There should be quest which sends me to Hellscream's fist but the NPC don't have it. My quest log is empty, I haven't cancelled any quests and there are nowhere quests or ways to access pandaria.

That quest doesn't work. Just take the portal to Pandaria directly which are located at Valley of Honor(Horde) and north of Dwarven District(Alliance). They are underneath a big red balloon and are also marked on the map.
