Whats the problem the players?

For whatever side I go with my friends that I've made a point of bringing to this server, there's simply some very strong player who spends all his time on the weakest land maps just to please himself by killing off star players. What is the advantage? Why do not they just create the courage and fight with the veterans? Cowards
