Celestial is a EU based guild that formed with intent to raid a wide variety of end-game heroic content, all the while trying to maintain a friendly community. The guild is lead by several long-time players of Warmane who will lead you into ICC and RS heroics, as well as TOGC, Ulduar and Naxxramas. It is governed by a set of fair and reasonable rules that serve to provide an enjoyable experience in raids as well as outside of them. We're looking to create a productive guild for raiding and clearing diverse content with great players who constantly seek to improve their own performance and help others do the same.

Bear in mind, the schedule from week to week can deviate from the one set here depending on the day-to-day circumstances, but this is the current standard we roughly follow. 10 man raids will also happen throughout the week, outside of the outlined schedule.

Recruitment and requirements
From our potential recruits, we require experience and characters suitable for heroic end-game raiding. The ability to listen to voice comms and respond to instructions given on them are a hard requirement. In short, the minimum requirements can be summarized into the following points:
- Experience with raiding 25 man heroics on the new core
- Character adequately geared for such content
- Extensive knowledge of such a character's spec, playstyle, roles and responsibilities within end-game content
- The ability to join Discord and listen to instructions given in english
- The willingness to accept feedback and use it to improve your own performance
Further explanation of each of these points can be provided for a specific class and role upon inquiry, based on the guild's current needs. For this reason, no hard limits in terms of gearscore or achievments are given. For example, a class in high demand will probably be held to more lenient standards than a class that is not currently needed in the guild.
