WotLK Quel Delar The Halls Of Reflection Quest

When I kill the sword I can't see the model therefor I can't click it to loot... I can't obtain the subdued Quel Delar... Dead end. If its my client can you suggest a fix? i Tried deleting wtf and cache and it made no difference. Thanks in advance.

Do you by any chance use Carbonite addon?

Yes I'm using carbonite addon i will try disabling it

Yes disable it while doing that quest, I know it can sometimes have issues with it.

Just tried with no add ons enabled and there is no sword... only the flying name still no model...

Any suggestion on what to change in the client files or settings so that the model is visible or existing at the least... Im on mac OS X ... any help is appreciated.

Can you provide pictures or more details on the issue?

Btw make sure you're in a party and not a raid for the quest. I remember it bugged out for me like that, but that was quite long ago.

you can loot it using targeting and looting macro. i saw post with the macro on this forum but cant find it now.
