  3. If you don't want to attend gym or have to time for diet then you can get a slimming weight loss machine . You know that the technology and science have made it possible to lose inches without any surgery. I think it's a perfect solution for people with a busy schedule.

  4. Eat Healthier, Go to the gym, Get a good night's sleep- in that order. Do all of those if you want to succeed. Also probably should cut down on the gaming/lack of physical activity. If you really want to get cut you can eliminate sugars, flours, wheats, etc and eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day, but that can be difficult for a lot of people
