WotLK whats up with icecrown?

icecrown is having constantly delay, now delay isn't 100% of time there, but it's ocasional and when it happens it persists for 1 up to few minutes, then it's gone for a bit and then again it's back, i am not the only one as i was doing rep farm and dungeons and everyone in party said they experienced same... this has been happening for past hour, not sure if more than that, also MS is 50-90 and is not increasing

same here and for every1 on icecrown, for past 4-5days there was server side laggs for every1, im not sure if it depends on population, i mean there were laggs even when icecrown wasint full.
and my ms is constantly 25-30, everything else apart from icecrown works fine.
