Help! Launcher problem.

The Problem is, that i freshly downloaded the WoTLK client with updated models and every time when i start the WoW.exe File, it resets everything (Mainly the graphic changes) and how can i fix that ? Please help. :/ (I dont have a launcher exe) only WoW.exe

Move wow folder out of downloads folder, then right click on it, click properties and there uncheck (Read only) that should do the trick
