We all know rogues only are as good as their current gear and in particular their weapons. Though I'd argue weapons are the most important.
Though there are many powerful BoE weapons, but with very low droprate (however that is not the case right now, but we should expect a hotfix very soon). Therefore, all BoE's will be excluded. But if you were to manage to get your hands on one, of course use it. But as mention this list will only contain items with a 100% drop rate (I will however include a limited uncommon vendor item, these will put into parenthesis as they can technically not always be aquired).
Disclaimer: I'm in no way, shape, or form, a seasoned leveler. I will be presuopposing level 10-20 through Ghostlands (you may find similar rewards in your own respective zones). I may have missed several items and I encourage you to comment down below if you think a weapon should be added. I also hope I don't trigger the staff by using a foreign database as they do not host their own at this time.

A special mention is due to be given to this sword as it is absolutely RIDICULOUS for it's level. It will last way into your fourties (a whopping 32 levels!). Get this at all cost!
You will notice that I haven't specificly mention any off hands, which I haven't done on prupose as you will just use your fastest weapon at your disposal in your OH. Also, because Dawnblade will last you (presupposingthat you didn't stick to the undead zones for Talon Strike) to 37. At level 37 you will be able to do: Catch a Dragon by the Tail. It awards http://db.hellfire-tbc.com/?item=33271 and this sword will be in your OH until mid Outland (assuming no BoE drops). Very overlooked and it stands along side Outlaw Sabre in terms of uniqueness.

better than Outlaw Sabre).

The choice is yours between the hammer and the blade here. The hammer is from a simple quest chain in Azhara and blade is from Maraudon. I would personally go for the blade as the proc suits a combat rogue very well and I won't have to skill maces all over again (but then again, you'll have to do that anyway at some point).

I'm a bit torn wheather this is an upgrade or not for your off hand. If you invoke the "law" that are in the TBC Combat Rogue Compendium you learn that for each 0.1 speed you add 10 DPS to your weapon. It is possible that I missunderstood that section and if I did, please do correct me.

As you probably have noticed, weapon upgrades in Outland are very scarce. However you will find very powerful rewards in dungeons. During leveling you will be sent to do dungeons which not only will award you with pre-bis raiding armor, but you will also yield a chance on those weapons. Consult Atlasloot to which these weapons are prior to entering the dungeon.
I might include pre-raid bis weapons in the future.

I've done zero EP calculations nor run anything through any Spreadsheets. The weapons listed are however the ones with the highest damage output.

outlaw sabre and Vanquisher Sword are so OP for their level and kinda easy to obtain. will last until lvl 58 for Foe Reaver.
