Uldaman

So i was doing a few minutes ago Uldaman, and we were at the last boss, Archaedas, whatever his name is, and we were channeling the thing in front of him and nothing. So i went on global, looking for help, most of peps were saying that we need to logout, so we did, and still nothing. Can anyone tell me is it bugged or is there some specific thing that i need to do to summ him. Cuz i tried hundred times and its still rock solid.
