Burning Crusade Unable to continue manaforge shutdown quest chain after "lagspike"

Hello!

I have encounterd a quest bug, I completed the quest
Shutting Down Manaforge Coruu in Netherstorm and I am supposed to be able to pick up the quest Shutting Down Manaforge Duro from the same questgiver. But it "lagged" for me as i handed in the quest and afterwards the questgiver had no followup quest to give me. Please help me resolve this issue on my character as the item for completing the chain is important for my progression.

To clarify:

I completed the quest Shutting Down Manaforge Coruu at the questgiver called Karja in netherstorm and handed it in.

But now she does not give me the next quest Shutting Down Mana Duro ?

Same here, a lagsspike and then she doesn't give me the quest
