Is there addons for viewing player health

Im not asking about mob health or unfriendly NPC and stuff, i already have one for that with elvui, and i know you can see friendly players health when you group with them, but im just wondering if theres anything that would display it without grouping.
ive searched a lot through this forum and google and tried out a few addons that display health but they all only work for mobs, not specifically players.
