why does outland server can hold 15000 players and the ppl who play there dont have to wait there and wotlk icecrown server got max 12000 and sometimes you have to wait 2h to get in server...

becuase wotlk has quite a lot more content than tbc. thus it can't handle the same population without causing lag. if tbe que's an issue than donate and you can bypass it.
