Google authenticator code

I've recently updated my phone from 9.3.3 to IOS 10, and my apps got reset (had my Authenticator on it) And I lost access to my Codes for many things, including my Main Account, Cire. I cant sign in and make a post on the forums because I don't have the code, but if you check the ip I made the account on, its the same one as this one was made on, I've also bought donator on there and will be pissed if my money went to waste, that and all my accounts :( PLEASE HELP ME
