Technical When can i expect an answer from [email protected]?

I sent an email to [email protected] proving why i'm innocent and why i want my ban lifted. I've been playing this game for almost 2 years now on warmane, i've donated and i've done nothing wrong. I tried every way possible to contact the GM and even moderators. I've been told to email the warmane, and i did. When can i expect an answer and banlift?

I've been banned because i was using VPN ( Had to, because of the government ) , i've probably hit a forbidden IP. I want my account back! Please! I'll stop using the VPN. I've learned that might cause some problems. Thank you.
