Out of those, it would be a tie between WW monk and MM hunter. However, Survival hunter does more damage typically.

The best DPS specs for Rated BGs however are typically AoE classes. These are:
1) Affliction Warlocks
2) Balance Druids, Shadow Priest, Unholy DK
3) Elemental Shaman, Survival Hunter
4) Arcane Mage (If you're truly a pro, you can actually even match an affliction warlock, but honestly ever saw one person do it and he happened to also get a rank 1-3 finish in 3v3.)

Which faction are you playing on? Guilds that do or want to do Rated BGs are:
Horde:
Myriad
Devastation (lately a bit inactive in Rated BGs but I'm hoping they'll be doing more soon)

Alliance:
Verbally Violent
Method
Reluctance (Also a bit inactive I think at the moment?)
