Bring Me The Egg (Group) Issue

Hello, I do not have the key for the Jumpa-Tron 4000 and the Talon will not drop from the Windroc Matriarch.

I see other players with the quest reward but I am unable to complete this quest for an important piece of my pre-bis.

Please assist me in-game if possible @ Sslippery - Horde

I have the key but am never able to loot the talon. I have tried in Groups, Solo, dropping and picking back up the quest. No luck. People have told me they had no issues and the talon just dropped like it should for them so I have no idea.
