Technical Time wasted over "Unable to connect"

Greetings.

I have tried almost everything trying to fix this problem. When I try to log in it says "unable to connect", I know the realmlist correct, but I don't know what to do anymore?

I'm running windows 10
- I tried reinstalling the game several times
- deleted anti-virus software
- tested the game whilst firewall was off

What else is there to try? Please, I would really want to play the game. This is a new computer too.
