WotLK Massacre at Light's Point Quest bugged?

Completed all the quests up to Massacre at Light's Point Quest, but when I use the minecart to get down to the ship there are no Cannons.
Anyone seen this before? I did all the quests required so far and double checked by looking at a quest walkthrough for DKs, and yes I did do the mailbox quest. Any help appreciated.

I've the same bug as you. I've no solution. The only thing who can help is a restart imo.

I've seen couple of people having this issue, so go ahead and submit a bug tracker report so our Q/A can take a closer look at it.
