    Emblem of Frost

    Since RDF is disabled in Lordaeron, how can I get EoF for T10 PvE gear? (sorry for bad English)

    each daily awards 2 frosties, they are also shareable, most favorite daily seems to be galdarah, gundrak summon stone looks like a pvp battleground sometimes.

    Daily Heroic quest award 2 Frosts
    ICC bosses award 2 Frosts each
    In ICC you can randomly find one of 4 quests that will award you 5 frosts and possibly some BoE drops from icc10 and 25
    Toravon the Ice Watcher in VoA awards 2 frosts and drops t10
    Weekly raid quest awards 5 Frosts
