1 hour queue before I can join the realm

Icecrown serves is totally full, there are thousands of people who would want to play but cant because of the fullness of the server. I've been waiting for more than an hour now and there are still 300 people ahead of me.

Is there any expectancy of changes regarding this issue? Do you plan to increase the server's player count or this for now is going to stay this way?

In my opinion still so many people like wow and want to play it, and most of them admits that wotlk was their favourite patch. You provide a stable, playable wotlk and this is mostly why so many people want to play your game.

the server can't handle more than 12k players right now, and they've said they're running the best hardware available to them. for the time being you'll either have to wait, donate once and skip the que, or try another realm.
