I was wondering if it's possible to obtain this title since i saw people having it and i tried to do it but after i'm done with rep i don't get the quest that should give you the title. I tried this in early 2016 and even few days ago and i don't get any quests afterwards. I asked people who i saw with the title and none of them responded to me. Is it some shady business and that's the way how they obtained it so they don't wanna tell me or are they just unfriendly ?

Well, there is no confirmed bug reports regarding that, so it should be working fine.

I checked again. I got revered with them and still i don't get quests from the NPC that should give me title.

glad too see even mods are joking...
try check bug reports regarding this title again and you will see reports 10+ months old which are not EVEN confirmed...

There is no lack of attention to be honest, you just don't know where to look. And I doubt Bloodsail Admiral is a 'huge annoying bug'.

I suggest messaging one of our Q/A members directly, as they are more likely to provide you with some input in regards to this issue. Posting those reports on the forum and complaining about them is definitely not going to help anyone.
