Addon button not appearing

Hi. I have an issue where I don't see an addon button when I log into the client. I have played on the TBC client and where the addon button appears on that client there is nothing in the WOTLK client. Is it somewhere else, hidden, or is there some setting somewhere I need to do?

EDIT: It appeared now for some reason. I don't know why. Perhaps I needed to restart the client after putting the addons in place?
