Pandaria Shockwave talent

As it is fairly obvious in-game, Shockwave suffers from some important issues that limits its effectiveness a tad, of course there are workarounds but it still needs to be fixed.

With that being said, i'm here to, with the help of my fellow warriors of Frostwolf, to gather all sorts of evidence, be it video clips, official and non-official (wowhead) posts, documentations, changelogs that would help me build a fulfilling bug report for may we finally get Shockwave fixed.

Some of the most impactful issues are, but not limited to:
- Shockwave's Frontal Range.
- Shockwave's Frontal Cone formula.
- Shockwave's true Area-of-effect (targets not being stunned even though they appear in the animation, but also the area itself is too narrow).

I hope, with our collective information gathering, to file a pretty detailed and full report to get the needed light shed on this ability.
