Character recustomization

Will there ever be an option for character re-customization for points?

Race change 20 coins or 20 points
Faction change 30 coins or 30 points
Recustomization 10 coins but no option for points? should be 10 points.

I would like to be able to change race on Outland. Currently no option for this. Even though the perks of starting as Alliance is removed there is still no option to pay for faction change from Alliance to Horde. My plan was to pay for faction change and only change race, like it was possible before on retail.

Please make faction change happen or atleast race change. Make the price 50€ or even 100€. Will pay....
