Missing Solo Queue Teams

I've noticed that newly created characters don't have visible soloq teams anymore. It doesn't only happen to me as confirmed by inspecting people in the mall. You can still queue for matches and in the armory, it's even updating the rating. Is this intentional or at least a known issue?

I can confirm it.
New created characters do not have a soloq team, I guess they can not get arena point or buying item which requires team rating

Both pinfo and solo queue have been fixed.
