When do Arena Points Calculate?

Question in topic. What day/server time do they calculate?

I seem to get different/confused answers from people in game - -perhaps add this to server FAQ too?

Edit: This is in reference to Outland server though I wouldn't be surprised if they calculate at the same time on all servers.
