WotLK Sons of Hodir Bug?

Hi,

Sorry if I am asking something stupid but I am new in this reputation whole stuff.

The thing is that i just followed this guide to get exhalted with Sons of Hodir

When he ends the quest chain he is able to see the NPCs that sell the mamut but i can not.

Can somebody tell me if it is bug or is required to get exhalted to see the NPCs, because currently i am only Revered with them.

I don't think it's required for you to be exalted to see the NPC but he should be there. I recently became exalted with Sons of Hodir and I just found him chilling there lol
