Custom exp rates for each individual.

Like the title says, could it be possible to set custom/personal exp rates through "My Account" on the site, for example i would love to play 1x rates (exp rates on lets say my character while others leveled on 7x (or 5x i forgot) if they chose to do so) on Icecrown with 12k players.
