Can someone tell me - Eye of Magtheridon will be good for pala tank? How should i interpret ,,resist'' in this item?

Any kind of spell resist can trigger the trinket. It's decent for Protadin threat generation. You shouldn't aim for this trinket, though, and any normal tank trinket would serve you better overall.
