Multiboxing and Regulation

Are there any Regulations that multiboxers need to follow, I honestly find it ridiculous that I haven't found a single thread about it.

I play on the Icecrown server and this guy camped some of the Weekly quest givers for the whole duration of Wintergrasp ownership,

I'm fine with Multiboxing and before you say "Oh just kill the main guy", you cant resurrect the quest givers, you have to wait a period of time(I'd like to believe that this constitutes as griefing).

I just wanna know if there are regulations to it and I high key want there to be a thread about it.
