Can you tell me where is the dungeon for the alliances i am Human Mage lvl 11

I guess you mean Deadmines. It's on the southern edge of Westfall. You enter a big barn and then navigate through underground tunnels. I'd recommend that you go there with a friend. From your writing, I can assume you will easily get lost there.
