2 Heroics totally down for the last few weeks (HoL and UP)

I am sad because every day for the past few weeks I have been trying to do heroics, but if I get put in HoL or UP there are bosses that bug and stall the instance. Skadi the Ruthless is evading after you get him off his drake and Volkhan is perpetually self healing. Both bosses are required for the instances to finish. I put up bug reports, but they are not getting very many up votes. I was hoping that people who have seen the bugs could up vote them to give them more priority, because as it stands now TWO heroics are unplayable and it's been that way for weeks :(

If you don't have the dps he heals before the party can down him. Also, I don't think he's ever supposed to heal to full from like half health.

I thought he healed from crushing minions, got him when I killed the mobs, wasn't all that bad.
