Quest line for BT attunement

Hello, the quest line who starts at Altar of Shatar is already available or not ? No npc give any quest in this camp.

Abviously I'm aldor.

I'm at the Rage Winterchill part, so yes it works. Though it does skip the A'lar step.

Edit: I however can't pick up the vial quest in cot..

The npc that gives it doesnt give any quest and I can't start the quest line. In fact no npc in the camp give me any quest.

Not sure, it was there for me when I did my quests in shadowmoon valley. Perhaps you don't have enough rep?

But you did the Shattrath Aldor quest, right? You need to complete "Allegiance to the Aldor" to access the SMV quests.
