Stuck in PVP area

Hello,

One of my toon's is bugged. I went into a random battle ground the game crashed I tried to log back in and the game crashed I did that 2 more times. Then came to the website did a character unstick and was ported back to Dalaran. Now I can not join RDF or and battles grounds. when I try RDF I get a message you can not join while using battles grounds or arenas.

Any help would be great.

I had to group with another player then Q for RDF, all fixed.
