Mindset
Our goal is to be competetive on the server, even without tons of hours put into the game. Because of that, raids has to be efficient, while having a good time of course. We expect everyone to be able to take and give critisism without causing any further drama. We are part of the Alliance, and we play here on Icecrown.

What do we expect from our members?
- Good knowledge of your class, gear and specs.
- A thirst for self-improvement, and strategic knowledge about raid encounters.
- High attendance & reliability.
- Ability to be vocal and communicate in fluent english.
- Teamwork attitude in both social and practical aspects of the game.

Schedule:
While we are still working on days that suites everyone, we know that our raids will start around 4.45 PM Server time and end around 8.30 PM Server time. (18.45-22.30 Central European Time)

Doing our first raid tonight, still looking for most DPS classes, with emphasis on most ranged classes. Don't be shy, contact us :)

Updating with some further progress, we managed to clear 10 man on Normal difficulty with a few Heroic modes. Still looking for solid players! Especially 1 tank, and a mixed group of DPS :)
