Choosing A Class

Was thinking about playin either resto or ele shaman. Wondering how well the pan out on the meters. And if they are viable in pvp with the rmp meta. Or if I should look into playing something else. I don't want to fotm, but i still want to be playing a strong class. Thanks in advanced :D

Both specs are highly desired and perform well, Resto Shamans especially have an eternal raid spot and are one of the overall most desired specs, in PVE. Not sure about PVP but Shamans always excelled in TBC PVP, specifically Resto again.
