Looking for Guild (A)

Hello,

I have been playing on and off on warmane/molten-wow since 2010 but I'm what you would call an Altoholic. In all these years I have never raided and instead leveled new toons (many that got wiped). I have like 7 80s on my alliance Icecrown account that I could use (plus a bunch more on horde/ other realms/servers). I now want to get into raids but I know that I would have to learn first. So I decided to focus on dps as I learn so I sold some things and bought smourne for my Ret pala. He is currently at 5.7k gs. Is there any guild I can join that wont mind me learning?
