spam killing low lvl for no reason

y would warmane keep ban people for power leveling but let 80's people kill low lvl in places like tanaris and booty bay and other low levels area so they have to leave the area or just log off or use power try to find someone to power level them and get a ban after all -_-

Because the bannable power-leveling involves abusing bugs on the xp system, while killing people of any levels in a PvP server is part of what it is about.
