Please, can you add that item on your store for Outland realm?
And dont tell me to use the built-in function on your store "Item not in store? Let us know". I did it many times over and over again. I do know people whi did it as well. But still there is no results. Any chance this sword can be added to the store?

The item doesn't instantly show up in the store once you use the report missing item feature. This feature is intended to be used as a way for people to suggest what items they would like to see in the store, and they are added only if approved by us. Also, it takes a while for all the items to be reviewed, especially when people report same item multiple times.

So my advice is to be patient and avoid posting your suggestions on forum, because that will not help.
