Tank pala question

Hello everyone. My question is that as a tank pala should I use the hc neverending winter shield or should I use the normal icecrown glacial wall shield. Neverending hc gives more stam. Ty for ur reply

Yes, you should use the Neverending Winter.

Neverending heroic shield is over all better. But its pink and its ugly. But I prefer the icecrown glacial wall normal because i have an unhealthy love for block rating.
