[A][EU] <Ninja Loot> T4 Full clear, T5 progression soon

<Ninja Loot> is a new guild established this month as our officer team has switched over to Warmane from a few other servers. We are WoW veterans and for the past 5 years we have been playing on a few other TBC servers that all suffer from terrible scripting or completely dead pop resulting in us only logging in for raids. We are generally people who enjoy logging into the game and seeing stuff happening both out in the world and in global chat, so this is not appealing for us and we have decided to make a switch to a vastly more populated server.

Currently, on the 2 other servers that we play on, we have been leading the number 1 guilds for the entire duration that we have been playing there. We are very min/max oriented (call us elitist if you will, but this is just a silly term IMO) and enjoy pushing our gameplay as high as we possibly can. We are generally very laid back, chill dudes and enjoy "memeing" it up probably way too much; but during raids we do take our time in the game seriously, and you are expected to as well.

We value player skill and intelligence above most other aspects of a player. While experienced/knowledgeable players are always preferred, a new player who is able to listen, accept criticism and learn about their class (doing research and discussing with others) then you are just as welcome. You can easily learn bosses and we can teach you about the majority of classes and their in depth mechanics.

Requirements:
*Strong Knowledge of your class and specs
*Discord is used as our communication, please have it and preferred working mic
*Consumables are a must on all progression (food, flasks, potions, oils, scrolls, etc)
*Knowledge of content or willingness or research and learn what tactics are needed
*Appropriate raiding addons (Omen, DBM, Recount) and some form of raid frames
