i did the quel delar quest row until i was in sunwell. there i cant loot the sword so i have no quest item and no sword. what now?

abondon quest and retake it near sunwell.
you must do quest alone without being in party with some1 who is too on same chain quest

Speaking of Quel'delar, am I able to somehow retake a quest/sword itself when I've deleted the sword?
I've already done the quest chain, get my sword, and deleted it, that's it.
