1. I do not receive E-mail Authentication for my account

    i have returned from a long break and went to login and it says it sends an e-mail Authentication to my registered E-mail, but i am not receiving an E-mail and it isn't accepting my authenticator app codes. My registered E-mail is a Hotmail account and i have seen that there have been problems with this before(registered e-mail not a gmail account). any help would be good, thanks.
